I've been using TT for over a decade. I continue to be happily satisfied. I really like that it pulls information from last year's file, so that I don't have to search for anything.

Great Tax Filing Software

As a satisfied Turbo Tax user since 1997, this year's Deluxe Turbo Tax Federal and State program seemed to be easier than ever to navigate. I needed to go back a few times to check and re-enter information from a missing 1099 and it was quick and easy to do. It seemed like there was minimal advertisements this year. The software worked seamlessly with my past year's filings and pulled up my necessary history to plug in what was necessary for this filing. Had I been doing my taxes by hand, I might have accidentally overlooked my missing 1099 that was lost in the mail but Turbo Tax brought it to my attention. Taxes are never on my list of things I want to do, but for my Federal and State filing needs, Turbo Tax Deluxe is a great program and makes the task easy.
What's great about it: Better than ever
What's not so great: Takes a while to install but it's worth it.

The program was easy to use but the price was terrible.
What's great about it: TurbboTax made the completion of my return very easy.
What's not so great: Your prices for the state tax form and efile is terrible!!!!

I am always stressed every tax season, but have trusted Turbo Tax since 2009 to help me. I am never disappointed with the ease of use and the plain English that it uses so that us "non-financial" types can understand. I really appreciate the help!
What's great about it: Moved through all phases quickly
What's not so great: no downsides to me

I like the TurboTax and will continue using it. I would like to be able to store the info in a cloud or somewhere so I can more easily transmit my previous year's data. MY computer crashed last summer and I had no records on file of 2012 taxes, so I had to start from scratch
What's great about it: Easy to use and to input data. Easily understandable directions and simple language
What's not so great: can't think of any now

Much to my surprise, when checking my TurboTax file I discovered that I've been using them for 10 years now.
Before that it was long hand, what a job. I'm so glad a friend suggested TurboTax.
The return is quick, even when filing on the last day.

What's great about it: The easy to understand Sep-by-Step instructions and the ability to move within the forms to revist and edit.

Great Experience

It's great to be able to review what was entered last year as I prepared this year's return. This was great checks and balances help as I prepared.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Asked all the right questions for maximum refund.
What's not so great: Extra charge to file state return.
