Easy to use

Easy to use. Step-by-step, and plenty of 'info' buttons to click on if one wants to more way more than one needs to know. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to follow the steps.
What's great about it: Very thorough, but doesn't make you go through every document--knowing you don't need them all.
What's not so great: It's taxes. Not Turbo Tax's fault. Just an uninteresting topic.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Accurate and fast

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and love it because I can get my taxes done early and get my refund quickly with e-filing. For a few years, I used TurboTax as a "test run" to make sure I had all the paperwork I needed to get my taxes done by an accountant. But when I compared the accountant's numbers/refund with Turbo Tax, they were exactly the same! I can only assume the accountant was also using TurboTax. So now I just do them myself with Turbo Tax and save myself a trip to the tax accountant.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Got taxes done in a few hours, instead of days or weeks.
What's not so great: Couldn't locate where to enter taxes withheld on unemployment compensation. Found answer in "community questions" area.

purchased the turbotax program a couple of weeks ago and we are still waiting to efile the AZ state Taxes.
What's great about it: program is easy to use.
What's not so great: AZ state form 140 is not ready to efile.

Quick and Easy

I've been using Turbo Tax for years. Don't know how to do taxes, Turbo Tax walks you thru. Prefer to speak to a live person? Just call Customer Service. E-file? Free! What more do you want for a cost so low!
What's great about it: Cheap and Great Customer Service
