could use some help

two weaknesses stand out. 1]Since the program relies heavily on adobe flash to function properly. Have the the little hint box pop up saying I need an update like most other sites do?
2] if my security systems are blocking as they did this year on the update function and the download of my state tax form. Why not have a dialog box that allows me to temporarily disable the offending conflicts instead of having to resort to the manual update approach?

Problem with IRA Worksheet

Number one benfit of using Turbotax is the ease of improting prior year data in the current year tax form - this saves hours of time each tax season.
What's great about it: ease of data entry in most cases
What's not so great: could not change zero to nothing for IRA income for deceased spouse when filing as a widower.

NYS Taxable refund

Subtraction of NYS Taxable refund (line 25) is correct but addition to Payments and refundable credits as Total estimated tax payment and amount paid Form IT-370 (line 75) is totally wrong. You cannot put it back as total estimated tax payments and amount paid. Your software should be corrected/up dated. This is totally wrong.
What's great about it: Subtraction (line 25) is correct but ....
What's not so great: Added to tax payment (line 75) is totally wrong

The first year you use it might be the hardest. After that it just gets easier each year. Turbo Tax is very thorough. I appreciate them making this process so easy.
What's great about it: Really easy to use, particularly since I've used Turbo Tax for the past 12 years.
What's not so great: Nothing bothers me enough to call it a con.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I think I've been using Tubo Tax for over 10 years. I like the ease of filling in the data and the thorourghness of the application. Have yet to be audited.
What's great about it: Simple and easy questions to answer plus previous years data to compare to.
What's not so great: None at this time.
