TurboTax: Logical and Ordered

My return is fairly simple. I have some investment items but other than that nothing special. The federal and state income tax codes are NEVER simple, however. I've been using TurboTax since the Chipsoft days and have always found it easy and accurate. The one time I needed to have taxes done by a preparer, I ended up having to correct errors later.
What's great about it: Makes completing and filing pretty easy.
What's not so great: Could use more guidance on deductible taxes.

Pushing efiling

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH TURBOTAX THIS YEAR.
I DON'T LIKED TO BE PUSHED TO EFILE, ESPESIALLY IF I'm GOING TO PAY ADDITIONAL TAXES.
I WILL CHECK OUT NEW TAX PROGRAMS NEXT YEAR.

What's great about it: Turbo Tax is a money grabber

I am not an expert at filling out my family taxes but Turbo made it seem as though I was an expert.
What's great about it: Wonderful question and answer way to do taxes

State is very hard to Print for Filing

If you select eFile the software assumes that you want to eFile State. The option to print the state return is not very intuitive.
What's great about it: Easy Fed and efile
What's not so great: Assumes that you want to efile State
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I would have like to print a page I was working on.

Turbo Tax got me through another tax year!

Turbo Tax is an exceptional program for tax filers who enjoy doing their own taxes. It provides you with the confidence that you have worked through your return in an accurate and complete fashion. Using Turbo Tax eliminates the need for the filer to work through the time consuming worksheets and eliminates those pesky math errors. This year's return was the most complex return that I have filed and the Turbo Tax return made the filing a structured and understandable process. Thanks.
What's great about it: Easy importing from financial institutions is the best feature. Step by step instructions make filing easy.
What's not so great: Sometimes pop up do not provide an understandable response.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Slow going.

Will continue to use. Had to go back to find some deductions, medical, dental & glasses.
What's great about it: Easier than doing it myself.
