Your techs were extremely helpful

Two of your techs helped me today. The first spent a great deal of time helping me make corrections. He was so patient, friendly and helpful. The second one also helped with a much smaller problem. She too was patient, friendly and helpful.

Best Turbo Tax program ever!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. Each year's version gets better and better. This year was no exception.
What's great about it: Very intuitive; easy to follow questions and instructions; nothing left to guesswork.
What's not so great: None

Anyone can do this!

This is the third year I used TurboTax to complete my mom's taxes. With its questions-and- answers format, it has been very easy to use. This year I had to file her final return and again, I had very few questions. TT could have been more clear about whether I could "certify the accuracy of the claim" for a deceased and e-file, but everything seemed to go smoothly.
What's great about it: Very easy interface
What's not so great: Unclear at some points if filing for a deceased person.

Gets easier every year

Very comprehensive, but if you are reasonably comfortable with knowledge of tax return take short cuts rather than go through exhaustive number of questions.
What's great about it: Like copying info from last year and current year info from broker account
What's not so great: Had difficulty again with foreign tax credit on very small amount

Turbo-tax gets easier every year

I've used Turbo-Tax for several years and it has been easier each year, and I love the e-filing.
What's great about it: Download dividends, walk-through entering, e-filing.
