The best ever--we won't be trying any of the others--even though they keep lowering their prices...
What's great about it: Quick as possible for all areas to cover
What's not so great: To be fast one must do their homwwork before getting into program

2013 taxes

I have used turbo tax for over 6 years now with no problems.
What's great about it: Turbo tax walked you through it step by step.
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I like this program....it is easy to use. Could not figure out how to get my information to transfer from my old computer so I had to enter everything. Only draw back.
What's great about it: easy

Good Experience Again-but not on my Windows 8.1

I've used Turbo Tax for years and have always been extremely pleased with its ease and quickness. this year I first loaded the program on my new Windows 8.1 computer and had no problem til I got to the end where it stated I needed Form 1040A which was not ready yet. But your website said it was available now, and friends told me they had no problem. I tried various ways to download the form and update the program but just couldn't get it to update. So I installed the 2013 program on my old Windows 7 computer, re-did the 2013 taxes, and got the same message but the update went fine and quickly, and I was able to e-file without a hitch. I was getting very frustrated because the 1040A Form is so basic and I knew it had to be available!
What's great about it: Quick, easy, logical
