Makes Taxes Seem Easy

I wish all software was this user friendly. The explanations are simple but with detail if you need it. Makes you feel very comfortable and confident to turn in your forms.
What's great about it: Easy to Use
What's not so great: N/A
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

All in all, this is a good program. It is helpful if you have some idea of what you are doing and what the Federal and State governments want on the returns.
I have been using Turbo Tax for many years.
What's great about it: I like the ability to see the forms to check the data
What's not so great: Sometimes the instructions seem a little convoluted

What's not so great: Had to wait till March to file state due to an updated form they took so long to update

Having last year's return and all data saved and brought forward plus having 1099 data automatically loaded is what makes me coming back to TurboTax.

It's a snap

Easy to follow. Easy import of all of my financial data from each institution, so no tedious manual effort necessary. The only negative was mentioned above, otherwise this would have ben a 5 star rating.
What's great about it: Easy and straight forward
What's not so great: E-filing took 4 days and 4 attempts to finally go through

Simple To Use

I have used TurboTax for over 10yrs. It has always been the simplest way to get the taxes done. I actually tried H&R Block's Software 1yr and it was a NIGHTMARE.
Before TurboTax I did my taxes by hand and it took me much longer (since TT Software transfers info from one form to another EVEN between Fed & State).
There are internet links included, to take you exactly where you need to be to have either additional help or a question answered.
However for all of the Pros, there is still one stinky Con. I should not have to do my own calculations. If the question is "how much did you get?"...and then "how much of that is taxable?", I'm not real sure what TurboTax is doing for me that I couldn't do myself. :-/
It would have been a 5-Star review, if all I had to do was data-entry.
