TurboTax is easy to use and asks me questions I wouldn't have thought of. I actually got more of a refund last year because of some math error neither I nor TurboTax recognized.
Its Deductible wouldn't import into my return. Although I had to wait more than an hour and a half for a tech, she solved several issues with my personal computer as well as the problem with Its Deductible. The first Tech hung up on me, so I was happy I got the second Tech because she was phenomenally patient, and went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend ItsDeductible too!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The format ,asking questions and applying the numerical answers in the correct place, makes this an easy process...have used T.T. for several years the carry forward and comparison from previous year adds to the ease of filing...only annual decision is where to purchase at the best price

2014 tax review

Overall, I like Turbo tax and have used it for several years. It is easy to follow and fast. One thing went wrong this year when I tried to e-file. I was timed out and when I signed back in, it initially wanted me to start over.. I had to quit Turbo Tax, shut down and go back in.
What's great about it: Process was very easy to follow
What's not so great: Turbo tax timed out and I had trouble signing back in.

Same as the last few years. Fast and easy to file my taxes. I just wish they didn't try to nickel and dime me for more then I need. If I pay for the product I need, make sure it does all necessary steps to completely file with out having to pay for this and that. Over all I recommend this program to all my friends.
What's great about it: Fast and easy
What's not so great: there are always added costs.. ie. pay more to file after you already paid for the product.

I have been using Turbo Tax for over ten years. It has eliminated a lot of the frustration over filing my taxes. Thank you for years of confidence in your product and reducing my stress over filing taxes!

Dissapointed

After numerous years of use I am very disappointed with this years program. It required me to sign in as supervisor to get updates & then did not restart automatically. The rollover for existing clients were extremely slow ( 2 minutes too locate file to transfer). The print function defaults to printers which are not installed on my system. All my printers are listed at the end.
I don't know what happened this year but I may not be back next year.

NOT HAPPY WITH STATE RETURN

I COULD NOT FILE MY STATE RETURN BECAUSE THE ESTIMATED SCHOOL TAX FOR 2014 FORM WAS NOT READY. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY AN ESTIMATE FORM WOULD STOP MY FILING FOR 2013.
What's great about it: BEEN USING TURBO FOR MANY YEARS
What's not so great: MY STATE TAX COULD NOT BE FILED

Excellent As Always

I've been using TT for a long time. I like its ease of use and the fact that data can be maintained from year to year is a real plus. TT also make electronic filing a breeze.
What's great about it: maintaining last year's data is a real time-saver
What's not so great: nothing...really!
