I prepared this return with both Turbotax and another program on the IRS free file website- The results were identical. Turbotax was more convenient when filing my state return
What's great about it: Accurate
What's not so great: none compared with other programs

Your product is very detailed but your greatest asset is your staff. I have unusual matters that I have to deal with but your agents always manage to talk me through it. Both Anitrus who helped me today and Amanda R. who helped me last year are outstanding agents. I trust you realize their value to your organization.

Quick and Fairly Easy

Can not run simplified and exact expenses at the same time. Other then that, it is straight forward.
What's great about it: Walks one thru the process easily
What's not so great: Need to go back into individual forms to delete all and then retype information on new form

Easy Peasy Tax Return

Don't be afraid to try TurboTax out. It is really easy and if you don't understand something there is always a way to get an answer fast. Be organized before you start and this will be a breeze. I saved hundreds of dollars doing my own taxes versus the cost of a CPA. I should have done it sooner and I would be thousands of dollars ahead!
What's great about it: This was a breeze. Turbo Tax makes it so easy. It took me about 3 hours .
What's not so great: I liked just about ecerything. I got caught up on finding out our pin numbers but then decided to put last years AGI.

Simple and fast

I have used this year after year and am pleased with ease of use and e-files. Can save in progress and continue later if forgot info or delayed.
What's great about it: Liked that the program walked through process has hints
What's not so great: Make sure window completely open or will confuse

UNABLE TO GO TO :APPLY TO NEXT YEARS RETURN FOR SMALL REFUND. UNABLE TO GO TO VOUCHERS EASILY TO GET DETAILS.

Multi returns

2014 versin not as user friendly as pror yrs.
What's great about it: Accurate handling of financial downloads.
What's not so great: Unable to inpu all int. on a singe screen, ditto div. Can't handle a Roth IRA trsfr from bank to bank; Box 7 cd H
