Difficult to install, difficult to download state application. Takes a long time to boot up every time.
What's great about it: Easy to use, very consistent year over year.
What's not so great: always hard to download and install

What's great about it: I like the way turbo tax walks you through each topic hard to make a mistake

Turbo Tax is easy to use and covers everything.

Too Easy...taxes

I have used this software for over 5 years and have never had a problem with it or any of my returns! Very safe and I would and do recommend it to anyone who may ask me or that I want to help.
What's great about it: Very User Friendly
What's not so great: Some of the definitions are a little too abstract unless you are used to financial jargon
