Quick and Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for years and have never had a problem with it. I do have simple taxes and nothing complicated so I can't remark on complicated returns.
What's great about it: Easy to download Will either take you one step at a time or you pick. Makes it simple
What's not so great: Have to pay for State filing

Keep coming back

I have been using TurboTax for many years. It has gotten more and more user friendly each year. I recommend it to everyone. I even tell them to disregard TV commercials that say you won't get all of your refunds...baloney! Simply follow the interview and you will come out with exactly what you need :-)
What's great about it: transfer all information from previous year
What's not so great: can't easily select parts to print
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

turbo tax rocks

I LOVE TURBO TAX. I've been using it for at least 14 years, and Turbo Tax has gotten easier to use each year. TURBO TAX rocks. I tell everyone I know to use Turbo Tax, my mother, brother, sister in law all use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: VERY VERY easy to use!
What's not so great: I wish it would tell you when you made a mistake, instead of at the end of doing your tax info

No Stress

Have used Turbo Tax for seven years and have always had a good experience. I like being able to slowly go through the process and decide what is best for me. Prior to Turbo Tax I felt pressured by tax prepares who needed me to purchase items in order for them to make more money.
What's great about it: Step by step process and great help file.

Turbo Tax Fast and Easy

Overall, very good product I have been using Turbo Tax since the late 1990's. I enjoy doing my taxes with this fantasic program. It just get's better and I always enjoy have my returns back fast. The efile is always great. I would highly reccommend buying and using this program. Try it, you'll like it, it's turbo terriffic!
What's great about it: Simple and intuitive and easy to use and error check in great!
What's not so great: The signature blocks need to be highlighted so we don't put full name in one block.
