Easy Refund

I love the fact it copies over my info from last year and remembers which tax data I had from last year. I just had to put in the new data and I was done.

Turbo Tax is easy to use and the explanation is clear and precise. I have used Turbo Tax since 1990.

return user confused on pricing

I would like turbo tax to recognize me as a 5 year return user and offer me the best rate. I shouldn't have to search on different sites to get it for almost 1/2 price for the deluxe version. I definitely recommend turbo tax to everyone I would just like to see consistent pricing. thanks!

I have used Turbo Tax for years, and am impressed each year with improvements. However, this review process is not user friendly - I do not like posting on Facebook, but see no alternative.

Couldn't do my taxes without Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for years, it's gotten easier, faster and cleaner to do my taxes. Highly recommended
What's great about it: Carry forward prior years info, auto download from broker
What's not so great: Got caught in a loop in the program, software issue.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

really bad

the cd program runs very slow.often can not be turned off. save I hope perhaps not at all. update window does not go away. recent forms may or may not open....do they really save.
Last years data did not transfer nor did other years to my new mac.
IRS tells me I owe thousands of dollars, based on your 2011calculations.
E- file though bought by me and assurance of 3 e files does not allow my son to file except for terrible more money
I have other issues...
You did not respond to my last inquire
oh when I open a return... It may be me or my daughters return or refuse to open at all. It will also open a return that is not mine... Very excellent
but beyond this and a number of other complaints
I remain your devoted.
