Satisfying Expeirence

I have been using Turbo Tax to prepare my returns for at least 6 years. Each year it gets better. I probably should have been an accountant as I really enjoy the process.
What's great about it: Easy to use and quick
What's not so great: None that I can think of

Update forms are too difficult to download

I spent over an hour trying to figure out how to get the latest forms so I could submit my tax forms. This need sot be corrected. Perhaps next time I will us another company's program.
What's not so great: You should have an icon that you can click to "check for update" forms.

Wicked good product!

I like being able to get through the stuff I need for my specific return without having to go through a long winded series of questions
What's great about it: Allowed me to get through fast; I know my taxes and it is great to be able to just visit what I need to do, efficiently

Dont know why anyone would not use this product unless they are a certified tax preparer or have an extremely large and complicated tax situation.
What's great about it: simple, safe, fast.
What's not so great: cant think of any except the filing fee

I've been using TurboTax for longer than I can remember. Every year, it's been easier than the last to file! I can't recommend it enough!

No Taxing Your Brain to Submit Your Return

This was a great experience. I have used Turbo Tax before so I had all of my required documents ready. I had some issues with the initial download, but your technical support was excellent. I will always use Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Assitance with maximizing my deductions
What's not so great: A charge to e-file my state return.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is an easy and great way to do taxes. After the 1st time, you know exactly what you will need so each subsequent year gets easier and easier. So nice not to have to pay someone to do what I just did.
What's great about it: easy to use with great explanations

Your software is absolutely the best on the market

I have tried other methods of filing my 1040 return each year. My sons talked me into trying Turbo-Tax, and this is my 5th year to file with Turbo-Tax. You have complete instructions that, even though I have a degree in Accounting, I have complete faith in the accuracy of my return. My brother-in-law is a CPA, and he insists on filing the long form without assistance from software or other assistance; if he would try Turbo-Tax, I'm sure he would throw away his pencil and the many pages of notes (and his calculator) and take life easier with complete confidence in your software. All my sons have college degrees in Business, so I have urged them to use your software and save the expense of hiring a CPA or tax firm to prepare their 1040 tax return. After trying Turbo-Tax just once, they won't file their 1040's any other way. Neither will I!!!!!!
What's great about it: The deductions section is so complete and helpful
