2013 Taxes

I paid for a version with state included and to find out after my return is done that there is a fee to efile my state return is unacceptable. I will give my money to another software company next year.
What's great about it: transfered key data to state return
What's not so great: charged money to e-file state return

Easy and straight forward to use

I have used Turbo Tax for years and years. My electronic files go back to 2004 and I think I have used it longer than that. I have never had any problem or issue with my tax return. I have filed both Federal and state returns when needed. I use both the guided tour and direct entry to complete my return. The guided tour helps make sure I haven't missed anything. I really recommend Turbo Tax with e-file for completing your tax return.
What's great about it: Easy to get your taxes done
What's not so great: Occasionaly, it is difficult to translate form to Turbo Tax

Print for mailing returns

Everything was easy except at the end. Had to go through instructions multiple times to 'print copy' to be mailed. Where is the "print icon" for mailing my return? I had to use the same print icon that I used to print records for my use. I hope that I am mailing the correct return and not the copy for my records.
Might be better to put a "print button" on this page.

Almost Painless!!!

Outstanding for getting my taxes done quickly and feeling like we covered all the bases this year without a trip to the tax preparer!!! I'll be back next year!!
What's great about it: Being able to the do the "pick and choose" of categories worked wonderfully for me

I love turbo tax. very easy to follow however, I had trouble when doing my mother's. due to her being blind, I wanted to put myself in as a 3rd party designee which I did orig. but somehow it didn't stay. had trouble getting back in to correct this.
