A good thing

I tried other tax program one year but came back to Turbo. I feel confident using their software and have used it for over 30 years.
What's great about it: Trustworthy.

Not Taxing!

I have used several versions of TurboTax for several years and have found the process to be very straightforward. I have a high level of confidence in TurboTax.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: A couple of places asked a yes/no question, but did not have a place to answer yes/no

Pain free taxes

It's a very helpful product and worth the purchase price. Makes it easier to do taxes. Only critical comment would be the text size on some of the reference screens being too small.
What's great about it: Ease of use, completeness
What's not so great: Some reference screens are very small print

I use the step-by-step method and it is very easy and quick. The ability to directly download brokerage statements makes it especially quick.
What's great about it: Easy. Don't have to know much about taxes.
What's not so great: Nothing

I have been using TT for ever! It has helped me through a divorce and all the issues, three children growing up, being single and thne remarried with all the tax issues to go with it.
I really like being able to download from investment services and banks- that rocks!

Schedule K-1 data entry was not clear at times, particularly Part III, Box 20 with a V code. TurboTax asks for a single numeric dollar entry and the Schedule K-1 as received from the LLC partnership provided "* Note" where the additional information for the V code entry lists multiple items with corresponding dollar values. I ended up putting a dollar value of 0 in for Box 20 V code entry to get past TurboTax's Error Checking process.
What's great about it: Easier to use this year than last year
What's not so great: Need to improve Schedule K-1
