We've used Turbo Tax for several years now and it gets more detailed with the changing tax laws, but remains user friendly and easy to understand. SUPERIOR JOB!
What's great about it: User friendly; sufficient help and explanations.
What's not so great: None that I know of.

Have been using Turbo Tax since it first came out (what is that... maybe 20+ years) and have found it to be the best tax software ever. Found deductions for me that I had been missing when I was doing it all on paper forms. I trust it better than some tax prep professionals that I have gone to.

Turbo Tax is the Best!!!

Have been using Turbo tax for several years and have been very happy with the ease of having to deal with Federal and State taxes.
April 15th is no longer feared.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, goes step by step, great price. Don't know what I would do without this program.
What's not so great: Can't think of anything.

I have learned to follow the Turbo Tax Helps. They are usually correct.

Pretty Much What I Expected

I've used TT for probably 15-20 years. Same good product but menus are not as useful as in years past. Topic areas are too broad in the menus and it is more difficult than it should be to get to a specific area - requires searching on some topics. An example I have from this year is I wanted to print estimated tax vochers for 2014 without any pre-established values printed. Good luck in getting that done - never could figure it out. I will just go to USgov site and get them.
What's great about it: Provided a place to enter all my data with little confusion
What's not so great: Finding individual topic not as easy as it was 5 years ago
Pros: I bought or sold investments

HAD TO GO INTO MY DOCUMENTS TO PRINT. LAST YEAR I JUST CLICKED ON PRINT IN THE TURBO BOX. IT WOULD NOT PRINT FROM THE TURBO PAGE, VERY FRUSTRATING.

What's not so great: VERY HARD TO GET IT TO PRINT
