I have used turbo tax for several years. It is by far the best tax program out there. Am sure it has put a lot of tax preparers out of work.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Brings old data forward.
What's not so great: Forces you to use "its deductible" , forces one to use unnecessary descripions, sometimes difficult to override numbers

I've been using Turbo tax software for 2 years now and it's just getting easier each year. I don't have the cold sweats and the palpitations anymore every time I worked with my documents! Nothing can be missed because I was guided well and it really sky rocketed my confidence. Thank you turbo tax for genius creation..More power!

Never a Problem

Have used Turbo Tax for years and have never experienced any problems. Time saver especially for state taxes. Great support when needed and has proven to be accurate. Love e file as return is received so much quicker than mailing.

Peace of Mind

Turbotax is exceptionally easy to use. The walk through makes sure you did not forget something and it covers everything, even it it does not pertain to you. I liked the explanations and being able to go back again and again to review something, but found it annoying to have to reenter some of the same information or check the same boxes when I did not want to make any changes, just see what I had entered. Even with this, I would still give Turbotax an A+, it is a great tool.
What's great about it: Ease of entry, choice of being walked through or enter on my own, pulling information for prior year return
What's not so great: having to fill in same information when going back to check something
