Turbo Tax is a great product that makes doing your taxes quick and easy.
What's great about it: Very Fast and easy to use

Easy Refund Procedure

The questions regarding items that did not apply to our return take to long to answer and make it frustrating to make sure you are not answering something incorrectly.
It would be smarter to have the "Update" of forms in the start of the return process instead of at the end. I remember in previous years that was the way the "Update" was done and I would rather have the "Updates" applied at the start.

What's great about it: Questions that applied to our return were easy to answer.
What's not so great: To many questions that did not apply to our return.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Some convenience but...

I've used Turbotax for several years now. The federal forms seem solid but the state forms are a continual frustration. My chief complaints are that each additional state costs about the same as the entire package and the "real English" interface breaks down. Questions with only tax jargon were more frequent and the help buttons, when there were any, linked me to my state's full tax guidance. If I was going to end up sorting through the lingo and calculations myself, I would rather have saved the money I spent purchasing that additional state on Turbotax.
What's great about it: Carries information between forms, fills out calculation worksheets
What's not so great: States cost extra and aren't as helpful

quick and easy

When filing multiple states, it caused a lot of anxiety to have to stop mid-primary state and complete non-resident state. It also showed us owing a considerable amount until the non-resident portion was completed. It would have been comforting to see a little notice that this may not be the final result in the refund/deficit column. Otherwise...great!

What a Relief!

The whole process was fine - logical and complete. The only negative was that some items, namely those associated with our Sched C, were only addressed in the review instead of being included with the Sched. C preparation.
What's great about it: Step-by-Step process was great!
What's not so great: Some items were left till last
