Year after year....

Year after year Turbotax does a clean, easy job of helping me file my tax returns. Easy peasy. And when I had a question and posted to a forum, I got an answer from a superuser withing 15 minutes and then a followup answer 15 minutes after that.
TT is so powerful it has features I never knew about such a Forms view and the ability to track down how certain calculations were made. I guess that's a con; or I need to read some instruction manual.

Computer iliterate friendly!

I have used Turbo Tax for about five years and will continue to use Turbo Tax for years to come. No need to stress about having all the deductions I can use since Turbo Tax does it for me.
What's great about it: Checks for all deductions possible

Dependable and Easy to Navigate

This is my seventeenth year using TurboTax. I have watched the program evolve and grow over that time and I find it to be dependable and as logical as possible under the tax code. It was also easy to transfer my son's data to his new domicile when he moved out and was no longer using my copy.
What's great about it: Handled all my particulars, even unique things for this year
What's not so great: Not always certain about the next step if not strictly sequential
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Filed my own taxes again!

This is the first time I have filed my own taxes since my child began college. With tuition, books, other expenses, and a family trust fund, it was just too difficult before. With TurboTax Deluxe, it was a breeze!
What's great about it: Step-by-step instructions with easy to understand questions and explanations
What's not so great: Took awhile to load on my computer

I've been doing my taxes using TurboTax since 1997. Easiest way to get 'em done accurately.
What's great about it: Easy and keeps my info locally
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to redo something because it's hard to find it.

FILING WITH TURBOTAX

This year's product much better than the last few years. Very easy to complete in a very short amount of time. Still don't feel should have to pay for state filing after purchasing the product though.
What's great about it: MUCH EASIER THAN THE LAST FEW YEARS
What's not so great: SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR STATE FILING

What tax software should be!

This is what tax software should do make my life easy, writes over last years data without a problem, good hints, asks the right questions. This was a very pleasant tax filing. Thanks Turbotax!!!!!
