The software was easy to use, but with the refund that I received, I wish I would have used a more competitively priced software.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: State filing fees are excessive

I have been using turbo tax for the last 5 years. Never had a problem. Very easy to use with the step by step instructions..I'll never pay someone else to do my taxes again. Love doing them myself!!

A number of boxes on the state from had to be re-done because the system didn't carry them over
What's great about it: Filled in all the Fed info ok

I've used Turbo Tax for several years & was very satisfied & recommended it to others, however the 2013 version was not as easy to use.

The program did not continue thru. After you entered a category, and wanted to go to the next section, you had to scroll down to find the next section. Easy to do the same section again and again.
When we finished, we could not print the return, or the worksheets.

Awesome program, I use it every year. Cannot remember the last time I did not use it.

What's not so great: school tax credit hard to find on Arizona Return

TurboTax is the best.

I've used TurboTax for years. I've never had an issue with the product or my returns. Year after year, it just gets easier to file my tax returns. I wouldn't go to any other tax product than Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: It works. Every time! It's so easy to use.
What's not so great: Can't think of anything
