Easy

Easy to follow, able to complete my own taxes without paying and agency few hundreds. This is a program for basic tax returns, if I ever get into business or foreign business I will then take it to the accountant

First turbo tax error

Filing my state income tax there was no place to include my state quarterly payments, I had to enter them by pen change and that meant no electronic filing,
What's great about it: I have used turbotax for several years

Very easy to follow

So few instructions these days explain down to the minute detail, what to do next, but Turbo Tax does just that.
What's great about it: The "what's this" feature
What's not so great: Make it clearer where to enter "excise tax".

TURBOTAX REVIEW

What held us back was not knowing whether Turbo Tax and Adobe Acrobat were somehow related. This took away precious time from trying to print the completed tax forms.
What's great about it: BETTER TURBO THAN ON YOUR OWN WITHOUT IT
What's not so great: TURBO GETTING MORE COMPLICATED

9/10 great product, been using for years.
What's great about it: wizards,easy to follow, all forms in place. easy to check before filing.
What's not so great: some wizards could ask more info and show more details in summary

I did not have any problems with directions or reading the information given.
What's great about it: Simple for me to follow, just fill in the blanks where needed. All of the directions and promps where clear and easy.
What's not so great: It would be better if there were easy way to skip what does not apply.
