Worse experience ever with Turbo Tax

I've used this product for 20 years or longer, this version is totally worthless. I could have done everything myself without tons of aggrevation from the junk software. The program is so bad I cannot file my return with it. I'm having to re-do my return by hand.
What's great about it: none that I know of
What's not so great: No override capability, too many ads, unuseable help, worthless
Pros: I bought or sold investments

What's not so great: slower than molasses, click the icon to open the program, then go out for lunch. It takes fooooreeeveeer to launch!

Second Home

There seemed to be no way to account for buying a second home. I made it work by adding expenses to my current home but that shouldn't be necessary.

Tax Return Completed for 2013

I always appreciate using TurboTax for my tax return
I wish that the warning messages regarding the incomplete Capital Gains tax calculations would have gone away after you had updated the program logic. It was a little disconcerting to continue to see those warnings, but I finally realized that the errors on the forms themselves had been removed.
What's great about it: Same Easy to Use Interface As Always
What's not so great: Warning Messages that Capital Gains Calculations Were Incomplete

I'd like to have more room here for pros & cons, if you want details.
I like Turbo Tax, but I also like to recheck, recheck. Education I couldn't go back and separately adjust tuition and books/supplies/lab.

What's great about it: Easy to sort through all the tax return areas
What's not so great: Difficult to go back and amend numbers. I would like to be able to start over with an area and ALL the questions
