The best software ever!

I've been using TurboTax for years and the more I do my tax work, the easier it gets every year. Thank you for making such a great user friendly software.
What's great about it: So easy to follow
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I hate doing taxes but Turbotax makes it tolerable. It's still challenging because we never seem to save the records we need where they are easy to find.
What's great about it: Accurate and simple mostly
What's not so great: State sales tax was cumbersome

Over Ten years with Turbo Tax

I really like the way Turbo Tax allows me to file and save my returns.
The only real complaint I have is that if I need to go look at a form or after correcting errors in the review, I have to go back to an earlier point in Easy Step and can't just return to the place I was. If I use the Forms to input my data direct onto the forms, I stand the chance of missing something. I really like Easy Step even though I have done my own taxes since 1967. It really helps capture all the deductions and credits.
I get frustrated when I exit and save my return, then have to go all the way from the beginning again to get back to the page I was up to. Or if I go look at a Form to see what I entered earlier, I have to go back before I can return to my page I was working on.

I have been using Turbo Tax for almost 20 years now. It is the best way to do your taxes.

Turbotax is so easy to use. The option to get "walked through" the process or to choose what you want to work on, is great for people who are familiar with the product or for first timers. Its very self explanatory and easy to comprehend, and because of these things, you can get your taxes done really quickly!
What's great about it: Everything about turbotax is nothing less than excellent
