Turbo Tax 2013

Overall I like using this program, it is pretty convenient and easy to use.
However, the one area that could use a major update is the Foreign Income section. It is very confusing and unclear, when you get help it starts quoting items that seems like an expert tax preparer would relate to and understand but too much for the average person. There must be a lot of people that have this section to fill out and specifically on how to use forms 1116 needs to be simplified!
What's great about it: Overall pretty easy and intuitive to use
What's not so great: The Foreign Income section is very confusing and unclear

note that you get a free state form but filing that form costs money; federal was included on both counts
What's great about it: easy to use even for a first timer

Never a bad Tax with Turbo Tax

I love using Turbo Tax. I started using it 3 years ago and I will never go back to those horrible tax people again.
What's great about it: So easy to file my taxes
What's not so great: So many entries to fill out

I love that TurboTax keeps me from math errors made by my inability to carry a number properly. I feel much safer with TurboTax.
What's great about it: simple, straightforward, and I can't make math errors
What's not so great: realization of how much I don't have

I've used Turbo Tax for years. The step by step process helps make sure I don't forget anything and saves me tons of money instead of using a professional tax preparer. Thanks, Turbo Tax!

TurboTax is great. No need for forms, instruction booklets or to seek assistance from the IRS or tax pro. TurboTax walks you through everything applicable to you. Just gather your info, sit at your computer and type in the data.
What's great about it: Quick and easy.
What's not so great: Cannot think of any.
