Best experiance yet. 4 years of Turbo Tax is great

Easy to understand.
Transport of past documents excellent.
Takes longer to prepare materials than to prepare Turbo Tax.

What's great about it: quick, easy to read, basic solid questions. The ability to transport the past years records excellent!!!!

Tried other due to price but returned to TurboTax

Compared to the other 2 plans I tried, and the dreadful
"old days" when it took multiple days to do Federal & State returns by hand, I found no match to the ease of Turbo Tax. And if you itemize charitable deductions, there is nothing compared to It's Deductible, so try the Turbo Tax program for yourself

Helping Families Save money when it counts,needed!

Turbo Tax has always helps me figure out the proper way to get the best refund or the lowest taxes owed. Even when it comes to correcting a prior return w/a 1040X, because of my incorrect answering of a question answered on my Educational Credits for the 2012 tax year.
What's great about it: How I can go back and change my incorrect answers on the info given.
What's not so great: A better explanation/clearer understanding onthings like Educationalcredit like Pell grants as to student loans & 1098-T

Great for DIY types

For those who cannot use 'free' on-line tax preparations, this has got to be one of the easiest 'boxed software' solutions. It is easy to use, very intuitive and if you go the extra mile to go through all the options, it may even save you more.

I've used turbo tax every year since 2004. It makes filing easy enough to get my taxes done in a single day.
What's great about it: easy peasy
What's not so great: this year it did not access any of the prior turbo tax info on my computer. :-(

Need better printing/viewing options

I'm happy with TurboTax although I don't feel it asks the right questions for those of us that enter and win sweepstakes because there are 2 ways to enter sweepstakes depending on if it is considered a hobby or not. Would also like to option to view what I am printing and to NOT print the worksheets and forms that are NOT files with the IRS.
What's great about it: the interview is very thorough
What's not so great: Would like option not to print the forms/worksheets that aren't files with IRS
Pros: I bought or sold investments
