I've used Turbo Tax for a number of years and I've always found the instructions and tips to be very helpful.

Efile did not work

I used to love TurboTax and have recommended it to many of my friends and relatives over the years, it was so easy and quick. This year the efile did not work. I tried all of the things recommended on the help page to no avail. Please, please, please fix this, people with macs want to efile too. Also if efile does not work users should have an easy way to get the filing fee refunded.

Great program with a couple annoyances

Doing their taxes is the only way we can get our kids to come for dinner.
What's great about it: Makes filing taxes possible for normal people. The year to year information carryover is great.
What's not so great: Still that pain in the tail thank you spam letter every time you print plus prepayment vouchers even if not needed.

i like turbo tax. i have used it since you started. there were a few years that i went to a tax account because the confusion in some questions i answered wrong and i received an audit request.
What's great about it: I liked the way the questions were written this year. I had some confusion last year on some explainations

2013 Return

I have actually been preparing taxes for others through a national tax return company for the last 11 years. I retired this year from that and had to do my return using a different means. Since prior to professionaly preparing returns through the other program, I had used Turbo Tax. I therefore went back to it, and it worked out well and I am sure I will do it next year with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Good Organization and access of forms
What's not so great: I hs just been a little bit different than how I have been doing it.

Love Turbo Tax except the cost to e-file state

Turbo Tax is an excellent tool for completing and filing your taxes. I highly recommend it.
What's great about it: I like how it transfer and compares data for the prior year. Easy to input and download data.
What's not so great: The cost to e-file a state return. I feel it is to the state's advantage for us to e-file versus mail our forms.
