I find myself reading the details along with a dictionary to find out what some of the terms mean. Granted this is great to have and follow along but sometimes even with the explanations and community, I get a little nervous. I guess that's taxes for you. I know I could have gotten more intense with the deductions but I just got tired. All in all I keep coming back to Turbo Tax. We will see after this year.
What's great about it: can do at my own pace
What's not so great: need more details on some of the explain this information

Took care of everything. This is the first year I had 1099 income, and it took me through the process very easily,

Perfect way to do your taxes

I have been using Turbo Tax for 7 years now, its almost impossible to make a mistake . It ask you several times if anything is questionable , to make sure its right, no need to be afraid to do your own taxes. just carefully go over everything you entered . and its done. you even get to e-file . federal free, state a small charge. yep I am sold.

Easy to use tax preparation software. No surprises, user-friendly and acts like you expect. Comparison to previous year return is a great feature for planning and reconciling expectations versus actual data. Highly recommended.

Customer Service Excellent

Would like to have kept all of the years of history when we were both single but there is no way to import this information for historical purposes.
What's great about it: Customer Service was very pleasant. Didn't have answer but called me back shortly with answer.
What's not so great: Single Last ... Married This. Software doesn't work well if you both used TurboTax last year no way to combine.
