Same as always

Good as always..with the exception of having a hard time e-filing. Having a hard time with the IRS link to get the PIN. Filled out form and IRS errored out. So I will have to print and mail, even though I wanted to e-file.
What's great about it: quick and easy

Been using Turbo 4 many years now, use 2 utilize a professional tax preparer till TurboTax showed me how easily I could do it myself!!
What's great about it: Easy 2 follow steps 2 a professional result.
What's not so great: A little confused on the Casualty/theft loss item, but quickly resolved.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used this program now for three years, and another for 9 years before that.
It is just as painful as taxes are supposed to be, only cheaper.
It is great at helping you figure out eligibility.

What's great about it: Completed at home. Much cheaper than a CPA!
What's not so great: Having to research to ensure I was doing it right.

in the past when i would begin using turbotax it would ask if i wanted to update my software. it did not this time and then there were issues with the sales tax form. while waiting on hold i began snooping around the screens and found the update option. i updated the software and " presto " the sales tax form began operating.
What's great about it: simple to use
What's not so great: sales tax form was unavailable

I LOVE the TurboTax product because it saves me from making mistakes and tells me what I need as I go along. I really love the review process at the end. Wonderful product!!!
What's great about it: Everything, love the review process and how TurboTax leads me through the entire federal and state process. Love it!!!

I have been using your product since 2007, i have really enjoyed using. until this year. I found the 2013 extremely difficult and/or confusing to use. i did several returns just to make sure i had done it correctly.
i hope you can improve in 2014, i intend to purchase.
