Taxes Done for another year

Getting to the Worksheets to enter data still mystifies me. A little better than last year but needs some UX work.
What's great about it: Walks you through the process
What's not so great: User Experience of filling things out not that great
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I had a problem uuploading my returns, I went looking for help, and could not find access to your chat room or a phone number. Finally I did find some help in the community. But I spend an hour and a half, that a real person could have helped my through in 10 minutes.

I feel like TurboTax is no longer guiding me.
What's great about it: It's fast and I like that my previous years' info is automatically loaded for current year
What's not so great: Too much guesswork on my part

I have been using turbo tax for decades. I was using the version before Intuit purchased the program. It is so easy to complete your taxes each year it just keeps getting better.
What's great about it: Everything, the interface is so simple

Very Slow to Update and Edits are Subpar

The totals you enter (for child care for example) - don't update after entering. The turbo tax application would allow you to submit info that doesn't balance.
In addition, it appears to update some data inconsistently. You'll run it once and no errors are found after an update. Then you'll run it again and it will find errors. The HSA info is complex as well. Hopefully, that will get better.
Overall, product is clunky and slow to update right now.
What's great about it: easy to input data initially
What's not so great: updates slowly, doesn't perform edits when info changed

As a retiree for over 20 years, I am technilogicly challenged. I have been using Turbotax Deluxe for the past 5 or 6 years and have been quite comfortable with it. It handles the various issues that have come up in a simple manner. This year you changed the update prompt from first thing to the end of the federal which made me think that ther was something wrong going on with the software. If that is my only complaint, I don't have much to complain about!
What's great about it: This is fast, accurate and easy to follow - even for an inexperienced old lady
What's not so great: You changed the updates form the first thing to the review at the end.
