I've used Turbo for sometime now. I have not had any issues with IRS. It has been quick and easy. The feature that makes you check and check again on this product is phenomenal. I love it because it make you think twice and sometimes more.
What's great about it: TRANSFER OF PREVIOUS INFO AND CHECK & RECHECK INFO

If your paying someone to prepare your taxes your wasting money. So easy to use, step by step instructions a kid could figure out even with itemized deductions. I wont use anything else.

What's great about it: Easy to understand questions
What's not so great: A little confusing at the end.

Filing with Turbo Tax was so easy! Why was I going to tax preparers who weren't even asking questions? Duh! Will use Turbo Tax from now on......

Used for the last three years and still a fan. Specially like the e-file free thing. Wish we could do it for states too.
What's great about it: TurboTax makes you feel like a Pro - done and done.
What's not so great: State returns reviews option is a little confusing

Fast and easy

Gather all your paperwork first, and the rest is fast and painless.
What's great about it: Importing from last year was great. I liked the prompts that reminded me of the deductions I had last year.
What's not so great: I would like the "yes" and "no" tabs to be differentiated by color.

Simple, Fast, and Excellent

TurboTax helped me complete my taxes in just under a couple of hours. The step by step guide helped keep me focused.
My taxes involved minor stocks, dividends, and my W2. My deductions included education, vehicles, moving, and donations to charities. TurboTax handled all of them with aplomb.
What's great about it: Step by Step. Clear Explanations.
What's not so great: Errors can be confusing.
