Always Easy and Intuitive to Use

I've used Turbotax for twenty years and have never been surprised by an audit for any reason (let alone clerical errors). Always easy and logical to use. I love that you can skip the step-by-step approach and go directly to the forms. The frequent updates provide additional confidence in the solid tax product. I tried another tax program ONCE. That's all it took to realize that Turbotax is the best product out there if you want to be sure your taxed are done right.
What's great about it: Step-by-step or form-by-form; you choose
What's not so great: No discount for loyal users. I find cheaper versions at 3rd party sellers.

This is not a big deal but this function has not worked (at least for me) for a number of years. It could be my system or there may be a bug. I use Windows VISTA operating system.
What's not so great: TurboTax did not automatically re-start after applying updates.

Fast and easy

First time using turbo-tax. Usually be go to the other guys you find at the mall or shopping centers. From start to finish it too approx two hours, and we had a ton of forms. Would recommend to beginners
What's great about it: fast and easy
What's not so great: local tax forms can be confusing
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments
