Things to Fix

I know they try to do everything but tax forms and filling blocks have changed very little. I needed to input royalties of mineral rights and the help was very unclear. I also put in the state these mineral rights are in and wanted to remove that state from Turbo Tax and you can"t do it and the help did not help. They need to do beta testing, get more input from users and have a better help service that knows what they are doing.
What's great about it: Program input is easy to use
What's not so great: Can"t remove a wrong state, royalties input & information is hard
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall, using TurboTax is a very good experience! It takes a lot of the stress out of filing my taxes! I like how TT uses information from my previous year's returns. I would like TT to show me comparisons of income, taxes paid, etc. from the previous TWO years, not one. I would also like to see more detail and more context-sensitive help.
What's great about it: Automatically filling in information from prior year. Step by Step.
What's not so great: Would like more detail in some areas

This was my first year using turbotax. I used a website last year and thought it did a good job but turbotax blew it out of the water. The software was easy to install and use. I had one issue that was not their fault and they easily guided me on how to fix it. I will be using their program for years to come. Can't say enough about the service and ease of use. Thank you turbotax!
What's great about it: Easy to Use, Helpful website and call in help
What's not so great: Can't think of one

Just Keeps Getting Better

I've used Turbo Tax since it was first introduced. Every year it just keeps getting better and easier to use.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: In the "finding error" section the form in question needs to be more easily accessed

TurboTax 2014 Review

I have used TurboTax for many years and in the last few years, the capital gains and charitable contributions have been made extremely tedious to enter. The forms assume that you must all information necessary in a detailed audit rather than information necessary to file a return.
Also, the Long-Term Capital Gains reinvestment transactions don't properly transfer from Quicken.
Other than the areas discussed above, the program is great.
What's great about it: Simple to use, forms match documeents received in the mail
What's not so great: Capital gains and charitable contributions are way too complicated for entry.
