State Returns Fee

All I have to do now is hope it didn't make any mistakes!
What's great about it: The TurboTax program makes it as easy as using the state forms on line but charge excessivly for filing!
What's not so great: Excessive fees after buying the program to file a simple state tax return. Does not need to be so costly!

I would use TurboTax again.
What's great about it: I liked step by step instructions.
What's not so great: I didn't know were some information was found ( tax withheld).

I found that I could not manipulate it for my information as easily - it was not as obvious where some of my info should go
What's great about it: Provides a guide to easily defined areas, incorporates info easily
What's not so great: not as flexilble as in past years

I have used Trubotax only for several years, and every year find it to be easier to file the taxes and e-filing is very convenient.

User Friendly!

I have used Turbo Tax numerous years. Each year gets easier and faster. Step by step guidance is easy to understand and takes you down the most beneficial path. If you do need clarification on any topics, help references are available and easy to understand. I appreciate the automatic transfer of last years data as this cuts down significantly on preparation time. The auto transfer of data from Federal to State is also very helpful. The Quality Control and Accuracy checks at the end give me peace of mind that my taxes have been done right. It's nice to know that I don't have to be a tax expert or utilize a tax preparation service to get my taxes done.
What's great about it: Step by Step Guidance, Transfer of Data, Accuracy Checks, Helps
