Great Product!

I also use TurboTax and I love it!
What's great about it: Fast, Easy to Use.
What's not so great: Wish I didn't have to purchase a State E-File separately
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Still a headache

Puzzled over what RMD questions wanted. Also printing return for mailing was confusing. Didn't give me address to mail to or my est. tax payments for 2014. It did that last year.
What's great about it: calculating Soc. Security
What's not so great: questions regarding RMD

The program guides you through the process. Explanations are clear. TurboTax provides the info to keep you from going down a torturous path for which you won't qualify. Reference information is easily accessed if you need more details.
eFiling is quite painless, although the charge for filing state taxes is excessive in my mind.

Bought turbotax deluxe with 1 free state e-file. Overall the software is very good. One major problem I have had is that I lose the ability to e-file the state for free if I don't e-file my state taxes immediately after i have completed the state portion. If i save after i complete the state portion it should count it as if i had e-filed.
What's great about it: Easy to use software
What's not so great: Free state e-file gets used up even when i don't e-file

Great Tax Tool

I have to file in two states and tax time is always stressful. TurboTax makes prep and filing a snap.
After the Fed form is completed, the other two states are virtually automatically completed after a couple of questions.
Life is good!

This is my fourth year of using Turbo Tax. I have never had a problem with the software or the e-filing. Turbo always walk be thru the steps and it is extremely easy to go back and correct a mistake without having to back to ground zero.
Many thanks to Turbo Tax for a great job.

I've been using Turbo Tax since 1997 and have always been completely satisfied. The ability to download financial information from financial institutions is a nice feature and saves a considerable amount of time. The program's step-by-step walk through approach is very easy to follow and covers everything, even things that are often overlooked. The on-line help is good and usually answers the question. Over the years, I've experienced a few technical issues with the NH state program, but they are easily overcome by reverting to the form itself and directly overriding the information. I would, and have, recommended Turbo Tax to my friends.
What's great about it: Accurate calculations, Prefills from prior year's info, Downloads of fianacial data from financial institutes, Good help
What's not so great: Some data does not feed back to "Summary Page" Tax exempt Int/Div; NH DP-10-ES wks does not total - no form generated
