Better Than a CPA

I loved filing our taxes with Turbo Tax this year. I filed with a CPA last year and she didn't even ask about credits for me being a full-time college student. We literally missed out on extra refund money last year! This year Turbo Tax found every last credit for us. Thanks!
What's great about it: Very easy to use. Maximized my refund.
What's not so great: Some questions are still a bit confusing.

2013 Turbo Tax Use

EVEN when there is NO ALLOWED CREDIT taken for Long-Term Insurance on the Colorado State return (Worksheet correctly eliminates the credit if Colorado Tax Due is less than ZERO), the Colorado return mandates the filing by mail of Form DR 1778.
Additionally, some Long-Term Insur. Co's do NOT provide a year-end statement showing premiums paid over the year because the Employer manages the contracted Insurance Agency providing the LTC Insur. But Colorado demands this non-existent statement be mailed in with the DR 1778.
The only way, if it were applicable, of providing these data in my case, would be to copy and mail-in all twelve of my monthly distribution statements, which among a lot of private data, also includes the LTC premium shown for each month. Not going to happen, even if I could claim the credit.
What's great about it: No need for test Returns. File is easily changed on the fly. Step-by-step gets almost every question.
What's not so great: ALWAYS review all forms. 2013 Colorado return insists on filing a DR1778 Long-Term premium mail -in form.

I love TurboTax, I always use it. The only problem this year is printing the Ohio and local RITA tax forms for filing. The forms have an overprint that says do not file, form not final.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: State and local forms could not be printed for filing. Says forms not final.
