Very easy to use and in all the years I have use Turbo Tax, there have been no problems. I will continue to use this program.

Easy on my own time any time

I have used Turbo Tax for years. It is pretty easy to follow. Some items were a little harder to decide if they pertained to my situations.
Turbo Tax Didn't explain why estimated tax required a charge for underpayment when I don't estimate my taxes. Also, we OWN a manufactured home and RENT the space. It looked like I could take the renters credit. Otherwise it was pretty easy to use. When Turbo Tax checked my return for errors there wasn't any. I do my taxes in the middle of the night so it is more convient then trying to keep an appointment.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: some items didnt have enough info to explain what they were

Completing my return did not require that I read and understand the Federal instructions. That saves a lot of time and anguish. I have used TuboTax for 12 years and will continue to do so.

TurboTax is a quick, easily understandable way to do your own taxes for both Federal and State returns. Gather your information and in a short time that annual chore is done and behind you and your refund is on it's way.
What's great about it: Turbo tax walks you through each item so that you do not omit any information.
What's not so great: More detailed than needed for a simple tax return.

Easy and economical

I'm not skilled at accounting. By just keeping a few straight-forward record files during the year, I can count of T-tax to allow me to file in a way that meets my skills and schedule, and to count upon having an accurate return. I have used your product for several years now and am a dedicated customer.
What's great about it: Straight-foward, easy to navigate, easy to keep current, saved hundreds over professional accountant
What's not so great: Don't like paying taxes...not your fault!
