WOW EASY

I was so surprised how simple it was. If I had a question, there was always a place I could go to find the answer. I wish I had the money that I have spent , having someone else do my taxes for me. I could have gone on a few cruises instead.
What's great about it: Simple Good directions Easy to Follow
What's not so great: Non Really
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Good program, but needs a couple tweaks for me

All went well with data entry, transfer of last year's data with the exception of automatic updating of amount of refund to be applied to next year's tax payments. I would also like to see the amount of MAXIMUM SEP-IRA contribution near the check box on the form.
What's great about it: easy entry of tax information and transfer of previous year data
What's not so great: Auto updating of SEP-IRA and Refund applied to future year taxes a problem

Always Dependable

I've been using TurboTax on my Mac from the time it was "MacInTax" back in the early '90s. It's always been an easy tool to use. The ability to transfer information from previous years to the current year is so helpful. Carry-overs from year to year are uncomplicated and the ability to import information from financial institutions is outstanding, even if somewhat incomplete.
For the inexpensive price, nothing could be a better value for tax preparation.
What's great about it: The ease of importing complicated tax information from brokerages.
What's not so great: Incomplete sources for the entire financial spectrum. i.e all institutions
