Using TurboTax

I've use TurboTax for several years now with no significant problems.
What's great about it: Good program.
What's not so great: Sometimes there seem to be circular paths.

Accurate and easy.

Installation was easy, step-by-step process was very intuitive. If I wanted to drill down to the forms I could easily do that.
What's great about it: The step by step process and abilty to review each item.
What's not so great: I would improve by; adding a link with the application to click on for phone support rather than redirected to a browser

Updates

I loaded Turbo Tax in December. I started using it in Jan. when I went to file it said I need a update that was due on dec 31, 2013. When I ran update there no updates available. I had to remove Turbo Tax and reload before it would update
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Would not update

user friendly

Very simple, straightforward approach to filing taxes. Each step is easy to understand, and execute. Would be perfect product if they offered update downloads, so that you did not have to buy a new copy every year
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: have to buy a new copy every year.

Simplified tax process

Now that my wife and I have retired, there are always many questions that arise regarding current federal income tax issues, and TurboTax addressed them all.
What's great about it: Everything well organized, simplified now that we are retired
What's not so great: Nothing I can think of.

First exerience with Turbo Tax

Overall easy to use liked having the extra detail to answer questions. that were not straight forward. good though put into the use of Turbo Tax by any one.
What's great about it: Easy and straight forward, I was asked questions that led me to a quick and easy filing
What's not so great: A few questions were not worded well
