Worst time I have ever had since being with Turbo

My own discriptions of all Cards , A/cs, etc., its to easy now days to get into someones info.!
Also, it used to be easier to get around in the forms, etc . Now every one assumes we are all computer knowledgeable. I am 85 and need all the help I can get. Your young lady that helped me e-file was very helpful !

What's great about it: Right off hand can't think of any !!
What's not so great: I have not yet been able to down load all of Quicken but enough to know Checking has NO check NO's's.

Oops! You did it again.

Used you since about 1996. At first it scary. For the first few years it took longer and I was always afraid of my return. But I was hooked on the speed of the refund and the control your product afforded. So I keep going at it. Each year Turbo Tax grew my confidence grew with you and I found myself recommeding you to friends and family (I still do). I didn't lose either so we both must have been alright (I'm still waiting for those commission checks. Are they in the mail?).

What's not so great: Need noticed when I made a correction, that it's been updated

Taxed but not taxing

Software easy to use especially since I track my finances in Quicken. Frustrated at time with help section, went to IRS web a couple of times for clarification.
What's great about it: Software easy to use
What's not so great: Some sections not clear what was included without drilling step by step when reviewing

Happy as usual. Return done easily, guides you through all the forms and steps. For 95% of users, Turbo tax will be just fine for their tax reporting needs.
What's great about it: easy to use; data copied from prior year a huge timesaver
What's not so great: nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I found Turbo Tax to be very helpful and easy to use. It helped me figure out difficult areas for deductions and how to get the best refund possible. I also like the e-mail federal tax feature--very easy to use.
What's great about it: easy to use and helpful information
What's not so great: advertising for additional services like audit insurance

I have continued using Turbo Tax for the last 8 years or so. I have been pleased every year with the ease of transferring files and having them saved right on my computer for viewing as well.
What's great about it: Easy to transfer information from previous year

Pretty Good product for DIY Taxes with

Some years ago I made an error and the State of Iowa caught me on it. Turbo tax helped me fix it and I enjoy seeing how ins & outs of tax law and deductions, etc. change. Although I have not cross compared it with other products, a coworker of mine said that TT gives you the best refund-- which we have also enjoyed over the years. The expert advice has also been helpful, we have saved hundreds every year with this software.
What's great about it: Rolls over info from previous year and reviews return before submission
What's not so great: Forces me to look up some arcane data off of prev return without showing me or suggesting an entry
