TurboTax Customer for more than 12 years

I trust TurboTax with my Federal and State income tax. I appreciate all the tips they provide and detailed explanation on how to answer questions accurately.
What's great about it: Easy to use, accurate, user-friendly, reliabe, good customer support
What's not so great: not widely use by my collegues, need to spread the word how great TurboTax service is

Have trouble with going back to a topic I want to review. Sometimes there is no back button. Ask every year to number pages for easier flagging. Would also be easier to work with representative to get to the issue.
No gain/loss column in Investment/Sales page listing. Only buy/sell dates and amounts, and wash sales columns. Also Statements list acquired first then Sold . TT dose Sale column first. Why? Makes it difficult to enter figures causing mistakes.
What's great about it: Gets easier every year (was in "Inner Circle" in the beginning
What's not so great: Trouble iwth navigation

Impressed with Turbo Tax

I do my family's tax returns. Once I get them 'trained' it is easy to do taxes on TurboTax.
What's great about it: I liked that you put all the continued buttons in the same place on the page

Still the best way to do taxes short of automatic filing.
What's great about it: the pulling forward of previous return and step by step instruction
What's not so great: not all previous inputs were pulled forward. would like to see all previous years entries when completing tax inputs.

Been using turbo Tax since the 1980's and always found it reliable and easy. The year-to -year recap and e-filing capability makes it extremely attractive and simple to use. Why not discount cost for repeat customers since this software application can be bought at stores for the same price or free for many on-line financial companies. Also. the extra E-filing charges for State returns seem to be excessive.
What's great about it: Quick, easy entries and wrapup
What's not so great: Deleted items (example deleted K-1 report) causes final edit errors
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I would like to be able to see (maybe in a corner) on what form and what line the data I just entered went to.

At first had trouble with final e-fle. Went back and read directions like I should have in the 1st place...Went thru like a champ!
What's great about it: Every line easy to fill or explained in detail!
What's not so great: No Cons!
