easy to use, itemized deduction process easy, don't think I left a billion on the table.
What's great about it: so easy any body can do it

Layout problems in TurboTax

My major concern is that the critical action buttons at the bottom of each page were formatted with white text superimposed over a cerulian blue button. The problem is that combination of colors doesn't provide enough contrast, so it was EXTREMELY difficult to read the buttons. Dealing with that problem probably increased the time to prepare my tax return by at least 20%.
Artistically, the choice of white text over a cerulian button was a nice choice. But ergonomically, it was a very poor choice.
Someone at Intuit needs to check each TurboTax page for legibility before the product is released.
What's great about it: Easy to use, simple electronic downloads of critical data
What's not so great: Page layout is terrible

JUST WOULD HAVE LIKED IT IF YOU HAD STATED BEFORE HAND THAT IF YOU USED A CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT IT HAD TO BE THRU PAYPAL. I HAD TO SWITCH TO DEBIT BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT TO SET UP A PAYPAL ACCT. AT THIS TIME.

Does a good job, with some minor exceptions

Easy to use, but couldn't figure out how to record tax exempt earning from interest and dividends on the Maryland return. Had to manually do the state return.
