sometimes too many questions but I realize most are necessary in order to get complete information.
What's great about it: have had problems getting my info to form 4835 vs. sch F
What's not so great: sometimes too many questions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using TurboTax since 1040PC and it just keeps getting better. It should be the standard software.

I found it easy to navigate through the questions but it can be made more simple and less accounting jargon for the neophyte in accounting and simpler for those that are worry about whether they are giving the right info.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate
What's not so great: sometimes you need to use more simple words

Have been using this product from the beginning, don't remember its start date, but its at least 20 years, have not been disappointed and it has gotten better every year, keep up the good work.

Love Turbo Tax

My 1099 B for my capital gains listed short term and long term gains separately, but Turbo Tax made me input date for long term. It was hard to input "long term" and I had to go back several times to try to figure this out. Eventually, I was able to input long term, but it took quite a while. Appreciated being able to import from my investment firm, though, so that I did not have to plug in the amounts myself.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Imports last year's return. Populates State forms.
What's not so great: Had some difficulty with importing info from mutal funds for capitol gains.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

This program was very easy to follow and seemed to be thorough. However, in comparing the last two years, a big deduction in 2012 may have been missed.
