Really like the import feature

Have used Turbo Tax for years and really like it. I sometimes have a difficult time finding all the reports I want but thnk I am finally catching on to it.
What's great about it: I used the import feature for the first time and it saved so much time.

Losing Confidence in Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo-Tax for approximately 5 years now but I am losing confidence that all the possible deductions are being reviewed.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Difficult to go back and delete forms not needed, printing should allow specific selection of forms,

I have used Turbo Tax since the Mac-n-Tax days. It has always been a solid, predictable and accurate product. Only issues I've ever had with the IRS were my own misunderstandings, and by using Intuit they were handled quickly and favorably.
What's great about it: Organization, Lead-thru processing, eFile

We've used Turbo Tax for the last several years and it is always easy and has helped find deductions I wasn't aware of.

Feeling Confident

I found Turbo Tax easy to navigate and even easier to fill out. The questions are provided in laymen's terms that I could follow and feel confident that my answers were correct. I have used Turbo Tax for several years and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Easy to understand instructions for most of forms. I feel confident that T-Bo Tax provides an accurate accounting.
What's not so great: The Arizona State area was a little confusing.

I am a CFO for a company and find this the easiest way to do my federal and state returns. The step by step makes sure I don't miss anything and that all calculations are done right.
