Generally very happy with TurboTax - have used it every year since 1995.
A couple of suggestions:
1. In my state, the sales tax rate for new auto purchases is different than the general sales tax rate. The process for entering the special rate is somewhat arduous - I was able to create three time periods, including the one day on which the auto was purchased to "fix" this issue. Can you make this more user friendly.
2. Occasionally I have entered hypothetical data to evaluate tax options. Sometimes it has been difficult to revise with real data. On occasion, i have had to go into worksheets and make changes (which I did not directly see when the trial data was entered).

What's great about it: Ability to quickly select each category of income and deductions
What's not so great: Enhance ability to use different sales tax rates in a State
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Easy completion

I've used Turbo Tax since 2009 always satisfied. Especially with occasional support help.
What's great about it: Phone call for assistance with excellant results
What's not so great: Both Fed & State were to be e-filed. Only Fed was processed

Greatr Program! I TRUST it!

It is affordable, it is fast, and it walks you through the process. It is a program that I have used for years with no problems whatsoever. I trust this program and sleep well at night without worries that the IRS is coming after me for some error. As long as you put the correct numbers in, you get your maximum refund in a quick and worry-free fashion. I started using Turbo Tax almost 20 years ago after having my taxes done "professionally" and being told that I owed over a thousand dollars. It did not make sense to me, so I redid my return using Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax was showing that I was entitled to a refund. I had an accountant look at both sets of forms, and the "professional" was the one who made several errors. It has been Turbo Tax for me every year since then!
What's great about it: Fast, easy, and trustworthy. Trust is HUGE for taxes.
What's not so great: None that I can see.

TURBO TAX IS JUST GREAT! PROGRAM TAKES YOU RIGHT THROUGH THE CATEGORIES AND MAKES IT VERY EASY. IF YOU CAN READ, YOU CAN DO IT WITH TURBO TAX!

Love TurboTaxI

I have been using TurboTax for 20 years and could not be more pleased. I had done my taxes myself for years and a friend convinced me to try it. I had farm land in another state, (and sold it 2 years ago) but I thought I had a handle on things. I quickly found out that I was loosing money by doing them myself and have never looked back. Even better is the fact that I no longer have to spend hours reading instructions and following changes anymore. Then they re-check it and also point out anything that might raise a re flag with the IRS.

Best TurboTax ever!

The process was fast and easy. I downloaded W2s and 1099s, checked the details and was ready to file in record time. Turbo Tax Deluxe for 2013 was a pleasure to use.
What's great about it: download w2s and 1099s

I have been using Turbo Tax for well over 10 years, and I wouldn't use anything else. It is very easy to use and reliable. The formats are very easy to complete.
What's great about it: Ease and time saving
What's not so great: Constantly needing to get updates

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years (through a couple of different companies) Turbo Tax is the simplest and most effective way to file your return if you have anything beyond a standard finances.
