turbo tax help with cd problem

Had full support from turbo tax to install on my computer.
They were professional in assisting me the problem on
installing it. Thanks to them, (randy), I filed with no problems.

What's great about it: Gave me full support(help) with cd install problem
What's not so great: cd doesn't work on older computers

I've been using Intuit products since the late 1980's when they were just excel templates. I wouldn't use any other product because Intuit's tax programs are simply the best! I used to work for H&R Block and I still did my own taxes every year using Intuits tax program....chuckling.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: none I can think of

Was left many times scratching my head trying to figure out what was meant. Even after using your info, still many times I didn't understand directions.

Best tax program

I have used turbo tax for over 10 years. Always trusted the calculations. Like the feature to ask questions, but get connected to Internet Explorer, which is the slowest internet connection around. Turbo Tax for some reason was very slow this year, not to my liking. Thought it was my computer, but after having it checked out, realized it was the program. Every other program works fine. Prefer to use Mozilla Firefox to IE. I will continue to use Turbo Tax and recommend to others.
What's great about it: easy to navigate
What's not so great: very slow
