Horrible experience

Terrible experience- frustrating. Don't think I will use it again.
What's great about it: easy to enter most items
What's not so great: Tried e-filing- didn't work. Updates didn't help. Paid for State e filing- didn't work

Really easy

Simplified My Life

Would highly recommend TurboTax to anyone! Although I enjoy working with numbers, it can get overwhelming when doing taxes. TurboTax takes all the stress out of inputting info into your forms. If I could just get myself more organized with the overall storing and collecting of all the information I need to get my taxes started. Like the idea of starting to input 2014 info into That's Deductible for filing next year's taxes--would save me loads of time.
What's great about it: Asks specific questions and does all the figuring for you. Especially like That's Deductible.
What's not so great: Would be nice sometimes to actually see some of the calculations or be able to dig deeper.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Fast Tax Refund

Been using TurBo Tax program now for over 15 years. It gets better every year.
What's great about it: Fast and Easy way to do Taxes. Gets the job done.
What's not so great: few cons

Phone support saved the day

I was nearly done, but e-filing did not "validate." After typing my problem and receiving a call-in number, I was advised to Quit and relaunch TurboTax. That worked. Now I'm done for the year.
What's great about it: The phone wait was only 1 minute, not 60 minutes as warned
What's not so great: I needed to use phone support to e-file

Very good product for my returns--easy to fill out and file --print function thru turbo tax is very bad --2 years in a row-----
