Never in the many years I have been using Turbo Tax have I experienced so many problems in printing copies of a tax report. What in years past it was a simple click, click and printing completed and acceptable. This year such a task was a horrible ordeal. If this is a problem that will not be corrected I am not sure it is woth using Turbo Tax. Many comments posted are not very friendly toward Turbo Tax quality of program.
What's great about it: not many
What's not so great: Horrible printing of forms

THIS WAS THE EASIEST YEAR USEING TURBO TAX

This was the best year yet with Turbo Tax. I have been useing Turbo Tax since back in "92 or "93 & they have improved it every year. No thumbing thru books & forms to get infomation like I used to do every year. The best part is that they can transfer last years info. to this years & your ready to start making the adjustments from the year before.

Very Good!

Turbo tax is an excellent do it your self software program. It is easy to use and explains details the average person who understands their finances can work with. I tell all my friends to use turbo tax when they disclose how much the paid their tax preparer, whom might be using turbo tax as well. The cost of the software plus a filing fee is fair and taxes done in the comfort of home. Thanks Turbo!

Simple and Quick

I use TurboTax every year and am able to do my taxes in a very short time. I could enter the information myself or the program guides me through questions (I recommend this highly - it asks questions I would never remember to or think of to deduct). If I ever didn't understand something I could ask a representative right there on the spot. Usually takes less than 3-5 minutes for a response/help. This year's program didn't ask to check for updated forms until I was finished; then I had to go back and finish them, but overall, still a great product. I will continue to use program as long as it exists.
What's great about it: Any questions answered on the spot
What's not so great: Asked to check for form updates at very end

Once Again a Good Experience

Overall a smooth experience. However, major bug in Iowa return in assigning interest income.

I could not make adjustments to income and deductions for next year's estimated tax payments.
