Fast and easy

This is an excellent product. I've used Turbotax for several years now, it's easy, it's fast, and I get my refunds very quickly.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: This isn't against Turbotax but states are slow to update forms

I have use turbo tax for years and this years software has to many bugs in it . when I installed and transferred last years data over it did a very poor job because had to delete and redo data because some of the information was correct but turbo tax kept saying it was not on top of that when I did the updates it mess up mortgage loan data and kept telling me id did not uncheck a box that did not exist so I had to delete and start over.

Sooooooo Easy!

Overall, the Turbo Tax experience is great, year after year. The steps are easy to follow, and the extra help explains things thoroughly. The only complaint is that the 1040 page 1 gets cut off at the bottom and I have to write in line 37 by hand. Charitable Contributions Summary page cuts off the bottom #'s 3 and 4. Form 1040-V Payment Voucher form cuts off the bottom ID numbers. Oklahoma Form 511 gets the bottom #18 question cut off, and I have to fill in the amount by hand. Now this may have something to do with my printer, but I think your software should alert me if I have to make any adjustments to printing parameters.
What's great about it: Very clear to follow. Gives me great confidence in my returns.
What's not so great: Some bottom margins cut off
