Mostly good

I have used TT for years. Every year my returns become more complex, and it becomes more difficult to feel confident I have done them correctly. Without TT, I would be completely lost! The step-by-step instructions are very good, making it easy to fill in the blanks and then TT does the calculating and filling in the tax forms.
My biggest problem comes when the final review says something has to be changed to be correct. The paragraph explaining what has to be done is often unclear, and the way to fix the problem is difficult to determine. It would be better if there was a way to get a more detailed explanation that would truly help.
When I try and fix the things that are indicated, it often causes something else to require changing. One solution produces more problems! Eventually I can figure out what the program wants, but it is a struggle.
I have used higher level versions, and still have the same difficulties.
Overall, however, TT is very useful and saves the expense of paying an accountant to fill in the blanks - they use tax programs, too. And I would still have to do all the work of getting the records together and in a comprehensible order!
What's great about it: Just have to fill in the blanks
What's not so great: Review lacks enough explanation of what to do

Turbo Tax 2013 Deluxe

I provided my TurboTax file from 2012 for input of data. My 2013 taxes had no surprises from 2012 but the software made me input all my personal data, dividend companies, interest companies, charitable donation agencies all over again. It would seem that very little data was imported from the 2012 file. I also got caught in a software loop when the program detected an entry error! Sorry, but I can't tell you where that happened in the program right now. I'm just happy to be done!!!
What's great about it: The product covers all the processes for doing taxes.

Best Refund Ever

The tax forms and code get more complicated each year and without TurboTax I would be a lost ball in high weeds. The simple step-by-step navigation and checking features helped me maximize my refund this year as it does every year.

I would like to be able to print specific screen shots but they are not part of the list that is printable.
Any summary sheet you present to me should have a "print this screen". ie the list of "Incomen Summary", "Deductions and Credits", and a few other short summaries that you present!
