I've been using turbo tax for a few years and I think it is the best way to go. It keeps all of your information in one place and creates an easy way to keep track of refunds and files from previous years.
What's great about it: fast and easy
What's not so great: makes you double check a lot of things multiple times. which can be a good thing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Excellent Hand Holding

We have used TurboTax for quite a few years now and it has saved us a lot of headaches. It guides us through the forms and publications that may apply to some of our entries and gives us confidence as each section is completed. We really like the running tab at the top that tells us how much more we will have to pay the federal and state governments.
What's great about it: Detailed guidance throughout the entire process.
What's not so great: None

Been using TT for years. Use "It's Deductible", too! They work well as a team. I like the control I have and the year round record keeping with I.D.

easy to do

Using turbo tax was easy they guide you through every thing you need to put in and if you have questions the help guide is useful.
What's great about it: asked specific question so it was easy to understand
What's not so great: did not download state tax exemption till the 2nd time I came back to the form.

Caitlin was an absolutely god send if it wasn't for her I honestly was about to go to someone else or look for another program she was patient kind and considerate to everything that I needed. I've been in retail management for over 14 years now and I have never gotten such exceptional Customer service from some one. She was all around delightful. I'll take her If you guys ever decide to not want her!

I love Turbotax, especially for the Federal return. IT is easily navigated and if I have a question I can ask it with satisfactory results. The State return is kind of frustrating--not the same options to pop in and out of forms and data entry points without having to answer the same interview over and over.
What's great about it: Federal easy to use and navigate
What's not so great: State return not as wonderful to navigate
